Wedding Packages
Every couple's love story is unique, and your wedding should be too. At The Davis-Shai House, we offer thoughtfully designed wedding packages to fit a variety of styles, guest counts, and budgets. Whether you're planning an intimate ceremony, a classic reception, or an all-inclusive celebration surrounded by our beautiful gardens, our historic venue provides the perfect setting for your special day.
From intimate gatherings of just a few guests to grand celebrations, The Davis-Shai House can accommodate weddings of many sizes. Our indoor event spaces can host up to 125 guests, while our beautiful outdoor grounds can accommodate more than 300 guests. Planned venue enhancements coming in 2027 will expand our indoor capacity to accommodate up to 160-175 guests.
Each package includes essential amenities to simplify your planning, with the flexibility to customize your experience through a variety of à la carte enhancements. From your first tour to your final dance, our team is dedicated to helping you create a wedding that is both beautiful and unforgettable.

Platinum Experience
Starting at $5,500
Our premier 5-hour wedding package offers an all-inclusive experience designed for couples who want to celebrate every moment of their special day in one beautiful location. Exchange your vows surrounded by the beauty of our Veranda and Gardens before celebrating with family and friends in the elegant Camelot and Fairview Rooms. Private Bridal and Groom Suites are also included, providing comfortable spaces to prepare and relax before your ceremony.
This package accommodates up to 125 guests for indoor dining or more than 300 guests for outdoor celebrations, making it ideal for both intimate weddings and larger gatherings.

Classic Reception
Starting at $4,500
Our 5-hour Classic Wedding Package offers the flexibility to create a celebration that reflects your unique style. Host your reception in our elegant Camelot and Fairview Rooms, with private Bridal and Groom Suites included for getting ready while your guests arrive. With flexible spaces and timeless historic charm, this package provides the perfect setting for couples who want to personalize their celebration while enjoying the convenience of a fully equipped venue.

The Camelot Room accommodates up to 85 guests, while the adjoining Fairview Room expands the indoor capacity to accommodate up to 125 guests.
Kitchen access is available for an additional fee.
Indoor Ceremony
Starting at $2,500
Create memories that will last a lifetime in the timeless elegance of The Davis-Shai House with our 2.5-hour Indoor Ceremony Package. Say your forevers in our beautiful Camelot and Fairview Rooms, where historic charm and architectural details provide a memorable setting for your ceremony. Natural light pours through the room's floor-to-ceiling windows, while the soaring cathedral ceiling and stunning chandelier create an elegant backdrop for your ceremony. Private Bridal and Groom Suites are included, giving you comfortable spaces to prepare before your guests arrive, and our integrated sound system is available for your ceremony.
This package accommodates up to 150 seated guests and includes approximately 30 minutes for guest arrival while the wedding party prepares, 30 minutes for the ceremony, and 90 minutes for mingling and indoor photography, allowing you plenty of time to celebrate and capture lasting memories.
Simplified Ceremony
Starting at $2,000
Perfect for couples planning an intimate wedding, elopement, vow renewal, or a ceremony with a reception to follow at a later date, our Simplified Ceremony Package offers a beautiful and affordable way to say "I do."
This 2.5-hour package includes exclusive use of the Veranda and Lawn for up to 50 guests. Your guests will gather on the lawn as you make your way down the aisle to exchange vows on the Veranda, creating a charming and memorable outdoor ceremony. In the event of inclement weather, your ceremony will be moved indoors to the Fairview Room.
Private Bridal and Groom Suites are included for getting ready before your ceremony, and your rental allows approximately 30 minutes for guest arrival, 30 minutes for the ceremony, and 90 minutes for photography throughout the gardens and historic grounds, giving you ample time to capture the memories of your special day.
Outdoor Ceremony
Starting at $2,500
Celebrate your wedding surrounded by the natural beauty of The Davis-Shai House with our 2.5-hour Outdoor Ceremony Package. Exchange your vows on our beautifully landscaped lawn with the charming Veranda as your backdrop, creating a picturesque setting for an unforgettable ceremony. Private Bridal and Groom Suites are included, providing comfortable spaces to prepare before your guests arrive, and our integrated sound system is available for your ceremony.
This package accommodates more than 300 seated guests. Please note that ceremony chairs are rented separately.
Your rental includes approximately 30 minutes for guest arrival while the wedding party prepares, 30 minutes for the ceremony, and 90 minutes for photography throughout the gardens and historic property, giving you plenty of time to capture memories you'll treasure for years to come.
