- Fairview Room offers an abundance of full ceiling to floor windows on three sides, comfortable décor, and restroom facilities. It serves as a poplar meeting room for all types of occasions and accommodates up to 54 guests at banquet tables and 75 in theatre style seating.
- Mame's Parlor seats up to 20 people at its two large banquet style tables. The room's formal setting, full windows, and privacy are perfect for business meetings as well as private lunches and dinners.
- Emily's Tea Room is the most elegant room in the Davis-Shai House and serves private groups of 14 or less.
- Both the Davis and Shai Galleries located on the second floor accommodate 18 people for less formal meetings.
- The Veranda and Lawn are also available and tents that accommodate up to 180 people can be placed near the garden area.
